Last full Moon night before new year

I was asked by my best friend, is the moon at USA looks bigger than in Singapore?
Hence, I set forward to take picture of the moon in USA using my favorite 70-200mm lens. I used 200mm, f/2.8, IS. With a circular polarized filter in front of the lens. The whole setup is mount on a tripod and remotely operate the shutter in live view mode. And here is the results


I guess it is more due to winter, there are less smog in the air... compare to summer weather of SIN, the moon can be capture with high clarity.

Bay Parkway in Brooklyn

The wonderful smell of the sea... Atlantic ocean blowing the cold northern wind to the coast of New York Brooklyn... Freeze the skin and not the heart. Warm by the sun, touch by grace..... Winter is cold not anymore.









Coney Island is the summer escape for many New Yorkers. It is one of the nearest beach in the city where the wave of Atlantic ocean wash ashore.
It is rather peaceful in Winter... as it is cold and tranquil. The normal crowds are avoiding this area because of the cold winter wind.
